Dashboard Description

Together with BotProtection, BotProtection Dashboard is provided - a web page where you can see statistics and results of checks for a certain period of time or for certain identifiers.

Main page

Main page contains:

Main page of a dashboard shows overall statistics about challenges (bot/not a bot checks) in a specified time period. It consists of three main parts:

  • Graph show amount of challenges (bot/not a bot checks) for a specified time period;

  • Pie chart shows bot/human ration for all challenges;

  • Table below shows results for particular challenges in a selected time period.

Below there's additional information about each part of a dashboard.

Pie chart

Pie chart shows fractions of bots and humans for all checks.

Graph

Graph shows the amount challenges for the specified time period.

Points at the graph are clickable - you can click on them and the table below the graph will show statistics only for a time period of a dot on the graph.

Time Period

To choose time period, you need to press on the "Time filter" button at the top right corner:

You're provided with four default time periods: Last day, Last week, Last month and Last year, but you can also choose a custom time period. To do that, press on a start or end date and select the desired date.

To apply a new time period, click on "Set time" button and the information will be updated.

Bot Only

You can press on the "Bot Only" button to show only challenges that BotProtection machine predicts to be bots.

Table

At the table you can see check results for a selected time period.

The table has four columns:

UUID is a unique user identifier that will allow users to be correlated with anonymised analysed users in the system.

Result is a bot check score.

  • If a result is lower than 50, then a client is predicted to be a human and result is shown green.

  • If a result is greater than 50, then a client is predicted to be a bot and result is shown red.

  • If a result shows "NA", then a device is "Not Active" and result is shown grey.

Time is a time when a check was performed.

Additional info contains "Get info" button to show additional information about a challenge.

Get Info

If you press "Get info" button, you'll see additional information on a particular check:

It has:

  • Challenge ID - unique ID given to each challenge;

  • Device ID - unique ID given for a device or emulator;

  • Session - session number for a challenge;

  • Device Type - name of a hardware device or emulator which passed a check;

  • Ip Address - ip address of a client device or emulator.

Challenges List page

If you select "Challenges List" page at the left panel, you get to the Challenges List page:

It contains same information as a table at the main page, but here you can search for particular checks by UUID, Device ID or Challenge ID
